Returning your Hottle
Used your Hottle and decided it's not quite what you're after? Don't worry, as long as it is undamaged and within 60 days of your purchase, just let us know and we'll send you a shipping label so you can send it back to us and receive a full refund.
Simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will email you a prepaid shipping label. When you repackage your Hottle, include the packing slip we send with the shipping label. Once we receive your Hottle, we will credit your original form of payment and let you know via email.
We also understand that sometimes things get damaged. You can purchase replacement or backup thermal cores here.
Your Hottle thermal core also comes with a 12-month guarantee.
If the product becomes damaged within the 12-month guarantee period, we will replace it free of charge provided it has not been overheated or subjected to unreasonable treatment.
We may ask for a photograph of the damaged product or for you to return the product for inspection so we can determine the cause of the problem. This helps us and our customers by identifying and correcting quality control issues.
